What does unlimited mean?
You can add as many requests as you like to your queue. We work on one active request at a time per subscription.
How quickly is work delivered?
Smaller requests are usually completed in a few business days. Development work varies by complexity. Larger work is broken into clear steps so progress keeps moving.
What counts as one request?
A defined piece of work that can be taken from brief to done. Larger projects are broken into smaller requests and completed in sequence.
Are there any requests you don't support?
Yes. Nova focuses on digital design, websites and web-based products.
Our subscriptions don't cover specialist 3D modelling, manufacturing-ready packaging, long-form book or magazine publishing, physical printing, on-location filming, or native iOS and Android app development.
We also don't provide paid advertising management, 24/7 infrastructure operations, ongoing end-user customer support, or independent legal, regulatory and security certifications.
Motion design, digital video production, packaging concepts, web applications and integrations are within our capabilities. Larger or more complex requests are scoped and completed in manageable stages.
If you're unsure whether something fits your plan, ask us. We'll clarify what's possible before starting.
What happens with a large development project?
We break it into practical milestones and work through them one at a time.
Can I pause?
Yes. If you do not need the capacity for a period, you can pause and resume later.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term contract.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Completed design files and code produced for your business are yours once paid for.
Are hosting, APIs and software subscriptions included?
No. Third-party costs such as hosting, paid software and API usage remain separate unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
Can agencies use Nova for client work?
Yes. Nova can work white-label. You keep the client relationship and we provide the design or development capacity behind you.
